P0302 Ford - focus

Question

My car keeps hesitating when i turn it on. Its last for like a mintue or so then goes to normal. It gets so bad some times that the check engine lights turns on. I get it look at and its says code p0302. Ive already replaced spark plugs and wires and ignition coila and it still acts up. The lighta off but the problem bot gone. What else can be wrong?

Hi there,

A fairly common issue with these is the elbow for the pcv valve. Sometimes it will get sucked closed or have small cracks in it that allow for vacuum leaks. If the car idles rough you can try spraying some carb cleaner with the engine running. If the engine speeds up or begins to run smoother you have a vacuum leak.
