Vech is a 2003 PT Cruiser non turbo engine with 117,000 miles

Codes p300 and 2302 with the service engine light flashing. Already changed, coil pack, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cam shaft sensor. Still the same running very rough and no power. Appears to be no spark a cyc #1 not sure about others. Thanks for any help..I may have to go the dealership for diag and repair cost..ouch ouch ouch...
