P2098 Dodge -

Question

P2098 code 2/2, 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi. 5.9L
I have replaced both Cats, all 4 02 sensors, downstream sensors Twice. 5 different mechanics have checked it out and cannot find the problem. All 02 readings are good but 2/2 is giving some strange readings according to a couple of mechanics. Resetting the code the engine light will stay off anywhere from 50 miles to 200 miles. I am at a loss. Help!
