On my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, what is the PCM? I have the engine code P0622

The PCM is the power control module, this is the computer that runs the engine on the truck.

The code is saying the PCM cannot regulate the field on the alternator. This can be caused by the PCM, or a faulty alternator.
