You can set a P0315 if there is a misfire code, Anyteim you replace the CKP sensor a CKP relearn has to be perfromed. To do the CKP relearn a scan tool that can do the crankshaft position varaiation learn has to be used Depending on the scan tool the procedure is followed according to the scan tool instruction.
