C1963 - 2010 Ford Edge

Question

I Just took my mothers card to Autozone because I noticed the check engine light came on.
2 Codes came back.

1.) C1963

2.) P0451

I know one has to do with the fuel cap, or the EVAP sensor. I was just looking for any help about the C1963, error. And maybe if there are related in any way?

please any help would be awesome.
