2003 mazda 6 3.0v6 Mt did an engine swap now it lopes at idle & will not accelerate over 3,000 rpm

Giving p0123, p0223, & p2088 codes did an engine swap now it lopes at idle & won't accelerate over 3,000 rpm any suggestions ?

P0123 TPS sensor no.1 circuit high input

P0223 TPS sensor no.2 circuit high input

P2088 CMP actuator (RH) circuit low

Not being able to accelerate over 3,000 RPM you would need to check the connection of the TPS sensor, circuit high it is not connected,  without this input the engine will rough idle and not be able to responde to acceleration
