2008 Kia Sedona getting P0171, 0174, 2187, 2189 codes. What does that mean?

This is not a gas cap problem. It's likely either low fuel pressure or a faulty mass air flow sensor. All of these codes point to a lean fuel mixture. Since it's affecting the whole engine it is likely on of the two items described causing the issue.
