the code comes up on the the dash when i cycle the ign. key how can it be wrong

everyone keeps telling me the code does not exist,but it keeps coming up on the dash when i cycle the key,and the car will not keep running when it is first started you have to keep you foot on the gas until it warms up. the dealer has already replaced all 4 oxygen sensors and say there is nothing wrong. what is the problem
