Vw amarok not starting and giving the fault sensor b refrence voltage open circuit

Question

Hi im having a problem with a vw amarok,it has a new ECU and a new engine wiring harness,the vechile starts when using quick start,the injectors seem not to be getting the signal to supply fuel.i have tested the injectors in another vechile and they seem to be working fine.please any advice on what to check to get the vechile running.i have also checked camshaft an crankshaft position sensors an they are in working order.the only fault is sensor b voltage open circuit.
