P2096 Mazda -

Question

I have had this code come on a couple of times, first time I changed my gas cap and code did not return for several months. I have also had code 0455 come up on 1 occasion. I am driving a 2005 rx8 115 km I bought it second hand. If ny one has any suggestion's I would appreciate

P2096 Target A/F feedback system too lean

P0455 EVAP system leak detected (large leak)

There are a varaiety of reason for P2096, This is not a exact code condition it can range fro the MAF (mass airflow) to the 02 sensor to intake air leak at the MAF to throttle body,The RX8 has a high tendency to build up carbon , which can result in a lack of power, decarbonizing the engine should be the first step when dealing with P2096.
