My truck has a rough idle and keeps putting out code P0354. This does not have cop but has 2 coil packs of 4.

Vehicle: 1998 Ford F150 XLT Club Cab 4.6L

P0354 Igntion coil D Primary / Secondary circuit

For this code condition , if you have P0354, this would be cause by a faulty igntion of cylinder 3 and cylinder 4. Or a faulty coil that contains cylinder 3 and 4.
