P0307 Misfire number 7 cylinder.

You may have to swap that coil and the sparkplug wire to a different cylinder and retest, Also be aware that when it comes to Chevy they are known to not be able to correctly identify the cylinder that is misfiring. This happens when a CKP (Crankshaft position ) sensor is replaced and a CKP relearn is never perfromed.
