What do I Have to do to fix this problem P1142? And I would also like to know what do I need to do to fix my other problems( P0203 Torque Converter/Brake Switch P1395 Glow Plig Monitor Fault bank #1 P0220 Throttle/ Pedal position sensor/ switch B circuit malfunction) Thanks!

P0203 Injector circuit malfunction # 3

P1395 Glow plug monitor fault Bank number 1

P0220 Throttle B circuit malfunction

P1142 Fuel restriction

P1142 would not be valid for a 7.3 engine, the code that would set would be a P1124 which would be for the throttle position sensor. Fix the TPS code condition first and retest the system. you have 2 code that reinforce that the TPS is faulty.
