Code P0153 on my 2002 Dodge RAM 1500, new sensor replaced, and code won't clear to smog. I have put 160 miles on the truck and the code will not clear out so I can smog and register

P0153 H02S slow response Bank 2 Sensor 1

Is there any exhaust leak prior to the 02 sensor, What this code means is it switches as suppose to but in a few time than calibrated, this is why exhaust leaks can affect the operation of the 02 sensor, it also has to be properly torque down.
