I reset the ECU by pulling the ECU/radio backup fuse.car would not engage any gear before(d4,d3,2 or 1)reverse sometimes.I left the fuse out for about 4 hours, put it back in,and left it for a couple of days. Got in the car today, started it,shifted into d4,drove around the block a few times,no problems!

Any suggestions? Please !

Hi there,

P0700 means basically there are codes stored in the TCM. You will need a scan tool to get the codes so you know what exactly needs to be looked at. Since the reset seemed to have helped, you may also have a problem with the TCM specifically.
