2003 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L with engine code P0340, I have replaced both cam and crankshaft sensors and still have engine light coming on and non-start issues

If the wiring is good, then the next step is to check the timing belt. if the belt is broken or lost some teeth, it will produce a cam sensor code and not start.
