2006 BMW 750I 4.8L with engine code P0037

Question

2006 BMW 750I 4.8L failed smog with error codes P2096 and P2270. Replaced Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. Cleared codes and drove 4 miles and checked the engine light came back on tested and lost the P2096 and P2270. However, I now get a P0037.
