Where can I find the parts to replace on a 1997 Nissan Maxima with P0440 and P0446 codes?

The P0440 is for a small evap leak, the P0446 is for the vent control valve. This valve can cause both codes. It's located on the charcoal canister at the left rear of the car. This part is available at any dealership. It is the only part on the canister with an electrical connection and a very common failure on these cars.
