05 ion coupe front drl/blinker problems!

Question

05 saturn ion-3 coupe, been having problems with the front drl/blinkers, bulbs not blown no blinking on left front (sometimes switches to right) fast blinking inside an rear, checked the bulb connectors an the wiring of what i can see... the running light( same bulb as blinker) works were the blinker doesnt but the right side drl doesnt work but the blinker does, the left outer drl doesnt work but the right outer one does ( just started to work a few months ago but never seen it work before then) please help!!!
