What is the process of elimination to fix p0306 code on 1996 mustang gt 4.6 l

Hi there,

Since this is a misfire on cylinder 6 what I would normally do is swap the #6 coil with the one next to it. If the misfire code moves with it, then I would replace the coil. If not, then I would swap the fuel injectors. If you still continue to have this code then a compression check would be the next order of business.
