Two codes p1290 and po351 my Isuzu rodeo turns over just will not complete.

P0351 Ignition 1 control circuit

P1290 ETC forced idle mode

P1290 mean the engine is in a fail safe mode. or forced idle mode, if the engine will not start the ignition module will need to be check for the no start condition this is known as the ion sensing module
