P1131 Ford - would this code be caused by the ac blower loosing vaccuum and quits blowing?

My check engine light is on and the code P1131 come on. Also at times I loose vacuum on the AC and blower. Could this be related to the about code?

P1131 Lack of H02S Bank 1 Sensor 1 switching, Sensor indicated lean

Yes it can be, vacuum leaks are the main cause for a 02 sensor to not switch.

 

 

 

     Here a vacuum that was cut this went to the heater vent controls, it also set a lean code condition
