2004 Ford Focus CMax 2.0L TDCI with engine code P2263

Question

Hi, I have 2004 Ford Focus CMax 2.0L TDCI, I jet washed my engine and now I have 3 fault codes that were not there before codes are P0380, P0691, and P2263. No turbo boosts, sometimes the engine light comes on the car still goes to 70mph no starting problem hot or cold, no smoke at all, no noises, please help. Thanks, carl
