2003 ford mustang V 6,Emissions test
Emission ok but have Evaporator and Cat converter incomplete code with no check engine light
I have been told possible thermostat stuck open not allowing engine to heat up to required temp. Battery was disconnected after work was done. Have driven 190 miles and still incomplete code.

Anytime you disconnect the battery you reset the engine monitors, Setting the catalytic monitor is tough for a Ford engine, One of the trick repair in order to set the catalytic monitor  quickly is to replace the front 02 sensor. You would to do both front 02 sensor on Both banks
