Car loosing power over few days, tried hightest gas no improvement. Service Scheduled in 2 weeks but today auto stalls at idle clutch released (every red light or Stop sign). Bad sensor or if potentially expensive repair - how do I tell. Is it likely that I can I damage car if I drive until service?

P0341 VTC phase gap

For this code condition you would need to start with the VTC oil control solenoid valve, This is repair procedure is per Honda. You would remove it inspect for debris and replace it. There  clear CK ENG LT . if the code and the condition returns the next step is the VTC actuator and the replacement of the timing chain.More than likely you can encounter major damage, when dealing with the VTC it tends to starve the cylinder head from getting oil. As a matter of fact fast lube places such as giant oil chain are informed about this condition with the Honda VTC. If the vehicle comes in for just a oil change, and there is a consderable noise , they decline the service. for changine oil.
