P0768 Lexus -

Question

i have the notorious p0768 generic electrical code. I have seen and read many many threads about this code however, I am ready if the trans is no good. I just need to know how to test the solenoids or what color the wires are on the solenoid.

I am pretty mechanically inclined ready to do the job if need be I just need to know the exact solenoid to replace. I have a 2000 Es300 with the notorious U140E trans. I have to 4th gear nor overdive. any help is greatly appreciated.
