check engine light remains on after cleaning MAF sensor, installing new air filter and checking all connections.????

Hi there,

This really indicates to me that you will have to replace the maf sensor. If the connectors are tight, and this happened after cleaning the maf senor, it's quite possible and likely that the heater wire for the IAT is broken or damaged.
