This could be with the engine , or it can be with just the 02 sensor, If you recently  replace the 02 sensor and it is a non OEM (original engine manufactuer) part then yes this can set this code, Other than that this is a condition that the engine has, such as a vacuum leak,sparkplug that are worn ,which can set a lean misfire condition. a fuel injector that does not operate correctly.
