This code pops up every now and then. I clear it and it goes away for a month or so. I cannot find a Haines or Chilton manual to find the components that are related to the code. Any direction is appreciated.

This code is for the variable timing actuator. The most common cause of failure or this code is low or dirty engine oil. Here is some more info for you on the code.
