WHY DOES CODE P0351 KEEP COMMING UP I CHANGED IGNITION MODULE AND COIL

i have a 2002 s10 zr2 4.3L wouldnt start in damp whether changed the ignition module and coil new plugs and cables and my engin light is still on for code p0351 so i erased the code went out for a while but comes back on with the same code why

This could still indicate an issue with the wiring or possibly a problem with the cylinder. I would also check for a vacuum leak at the intake manifold.
