This code condition is for the PCM. which recieves constant battery power to keep the memory of the PCM alive.If you ever had to set a emission monitor or it readiness, one of the rule is to have a good battery. if you disconnect the battery you reset the emission readiness monitors. and to reset the monitor you just had to do the drive cycle all over again, The number one cause for this code is battery terminals, good clean battery connection ,
