Replaced spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Control module today. Still have code for misfire of #2. Checked for vacuum leaks and if injector is functional, everything seems ok except for the loss of power and small skip from time to time. Seems like once it warms up it starts then stays or goes as it wants. Higher rpms runs good. What is going on with this car, help!

P0302 Misfire number 2 cylinder

Check the sparkplug on the the offending cylinder from the rest of the cylinders

The sparkplug condition tell alot about whats happening within the combustion chamber.Sparkplug that come out wet with fuel is a good indiaction of a fuel injector not properly atomizing the fuel , or no spark event.black with soot, indicates a low compression, compare the sparkplug with each other. When there is a misfire that occurs from time to time and yet runs great at higher RPM this is going to be a more mechanical condition with the cylinder head. Beween the exhaust valve and intake valve. The best way to detemine this is to do a leak down test.
