How to determine which fuel pump need to be replaced?

P2068 Fuel level sensor 2 circuit high

The fuel tank that the Dodge is equipt with is called a saddle tank. You have a Primary tank  and a Secondary tank, Both have fuel gauges, The primary tank has a fuel pump module, and a fuel gauge this is the fuel level sensor 1. The secondary fuel tank does not have a fuel pump just a fuel gauge and this is fuel level sensor 2. The primary side is the left side , The Secondary is on the left, P2068 is for the secondary fuel gauge.
