can programming a used ecm cause my car not to go in reverse ?

I had a used ecm programmed on a 03 Nissan altima And now my car has no reverse and code p0725
P0335

Hi there,

This will not cause the car to lose a gear. Unless the transmission control module was replaced or was programmed incorrectly.

These codes, P0335 and P0725 are normally the result of a bad crank position sensor. It stops sending signal to the ecm and then the ecm can't send the signal to the tcm. I would replace the crank sensor, but it's not going to resolve the reverse issue.
