DTC P0037 04 h-lander r&the B1S2 sensor won't clear the DTC what next?

Dtc p0037 replaced B1S2 P0037 DTC comes back. Any thoughts?

Vehicle: 04 Toyota H-lander 3.3L Limited

P0037 Oxygen heater control circuit low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Try replacing the  EFI relay see if that helps , which is located in the engine fuse relay box, and check the EFI fuse for this code condition.
