You will have 2 camshaft position acutaor one for the intake side and one for the exhaust side it is advisable you replace both.

 Here is a camshaft solenoid actuator for a Chevy Cruze. When one camshaft sensor fails whether it is for the intake or the exhaust you will end up doing the other side if you just do one at a time. If possible do both intake and exhaust
