 the car seems to run out of fuel when first started it dials fine then rpm drops to about 500-700 and causes engen to run ruff when driving no power but rpms go up and still no power it will pick up speed eventually accelerator throttle positioning sensor you think

P0123 Throttle position sensor 1 circuit high

When the vehicle is started out it runs fine then runs rough? And the RPM drops, and seems like its running out of fuel.  And pick it speed eventually?But no power. If P0123 was a true code condition you are not going to have the condition you describe. The engine is stalling out, The engine only coded a P0123 because it can not see the TPS at times. You have a Fuel  pump and a  PCM failure. This vehicle has 2 recall one is for the fuel pump module and the other is for the PCM. Do the Recall first. Recall # NHTSA09V047000  or # J02,this is for the fuel pump module, The PCM Recall # NHTSA08V5228000
