My 2004 Honda Civic EX has error code P2796, do I need to take it to the repair shop?

My 2004 Honda Civic EX is reading error code P2796 (Bad torque converter clutch solenoid valve short) how do you change it, or do I need to take it to the repair shop?

There is no P2796 on the 2004 Honda Civic. Do you mean "P2769"?
