P0430 Ford - After replacing O2 sensors code p0430 came up

Check engine light started reading faulty O2 sensors, after replacing them the code p0430 popped up. I'm wondering why did it just pop up and what I can do to try and fix it without replacing the catalytic converter.

After replacing the 02 sensor you would have to clear the CK ENG LT, by doing so the fuel trims are reset. Having the new 02 sensor just only detected a catalytic being below threshold , there is a possiblity of a fix by doing a MAF (Mass airflow) cleaning, and reset the CK ENG LT
