Replaced the spark plug and coil stays off for a minnet then comes back on

Since it's a single cylinder misfire like this, check the fuel injector and do a combustion test on that cylinder. You should also replace the plug wires. You can try swapping this fuel injector with the one next to it and see if the misfire goes to cylinder 2. If it does, then replace the injector.
