1990 Cadillac Brougham RWDWith endin code 132 & 149

Question

Check engine light come and goes and started sputtering just the other day .
It's the 1st doing so and the manifold started getting somewhat red , so I shut it off and go tees codes off of the on board instrument panel ; 132 & 149.
Motor was rebuilt about a year and a half ago . So I'm trying not to hurt the motor . Someone ! Please help me with these codes . Thanks .
