P0171 Fuel trim system lean

P0496 Evaporative emission (EVAP) system flow during non purge

P0690 Engine control ignition relay feeback circuit high voltage

The EVAP code P0496 can cause P0171 which would cause the fuel trim to go lean this is like a vacuum leak for this engine.Purge solenoid

As for P0690 this is for the power train relay, which is not within its specific range, replace the powertrain  relay and retest for this code condition
