P0605 FORD - truck is shutting off. p0605 code. starts right back up.possible problem?

1999 f250 4x4 my truck started shutting off out of the blue. i scanned the codes and am getting a p0605 code. what could be the problem?

The P0605 Code usually does not cause the engine to stall, the P0605 code is for the Engine Control Module (ECM) backup battery.

Unfortunately you may have to replaced the ECM to repair the problem.
