I used a hand scanner and got a P0031 code. I had the O2 sensor replaced with a Denso unit. I'm still getting the P0031 code and my check engine light is still on. The shop that replaced the bank 1, sensor 1 told me their scanner is showing its the bank 2, sensor 1 is faulty. Could the problem be something else?

Thank you

The P0031 code is for the Bank 1 Sensor 1. Which one did you replaced? Is it possible that your mechanic replaced the wrong sensor?
