p2135 throttle/pedal position sensor/switch a/b voltage corrolation

Question

the code is from a 2006 pontiac g6 and it also has a p2101 throttle actuator control motor circuit range/performance. so what happens when you drive the vehicle pretty much immediately after you start it in beeps and a warning comes up saying engine power reduced
