P0053-P0054-P2274 = O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean - Bank 1, Sensor 3

04 ford focus se 2.3 liter dohc PZEV engine.
I had codes p0053 and p0054 and was checking voltages and signal. I cleaned all connections, reconnected everything, took a drive of about 5 miles. A skip occasionally, then mil came on. Checked codes and these came up together: P2274 = O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean - Bank 1 Sensor 3, P0053-P0054
