Where is cruise control vent solenoid on 2006 Chrysler Sebring sedan 3.7?

Question

The cruise control on my 2006 Chrysler Sebring shuts off while you are driving, slowing down, or braking. I get a P0586 code. I have changed out the brake light switch, servo coil. There is vaccum at the servo diaphragm. Some times it will come back on if you stop the car and shut it completely down then start out again. Any ideas? Where is cc vent solenoid located?
