How is the fuel injector connection? The Ford fuel injector tabs tend to break and make poor contact and as a result you will still have a misfire condition

Here is a msfire on a number 1 cylinder for a Ford, the igntion coil and sparkplugs where change, But the misfire under a test drive was still there, What happened was the fuel injector connector was not locking and making poor contact as a result the misfire persist. The use of a zip tie to the connection resolved the issue. Hopefully this would be the issue you have other than testing for a mechanical condition for the misfire

Take a look at the sparkplug  condition if it is wet , I understand that the number 4 cylinder is buried where the heater hose connection are and is very tight to get to. And while you have the coil out swap it out with a easier coil to replace , if the sparkplug is wet do a cylinder efficiency   test and check to see if  any air bubble appear in the radiator.

Plug is dry, no air Bubble out of radiator obd 2 says fuel pressure fine, o2 censer change. However I can't get hose connected to the cylinder 4 for a compression test all other cylinder are fine.
