P1491 DODGE - RAM 1500

What is the item for this code that I would need to change, any time I turn on the ignition the engine list illuminates with a P1491 on my code reader. I tried clearing the code and drive around for a bit only to get the same code when I connect the code reader.

Vehicle: DODGE RAM, 2002 4.7 LITER
